Childline wanted a system that would allow the volunteers to check the shift roster and allow the volunteers to cancel, confirm or volunteer for extra shifts.

The system also allowed volunteers to record information and provided reporting and analysis tools for generating statistics. We also developed an administrative section, so users of the system could be easily managed.
